Your qualifications:

  • Specialist and industry knowledge and several years of experience in the sale of real estate or are a career changer willing to learn and perform

  • Motivation for the sale of residential and health care properties as well as land for these asset classes

  • Ability to work in a team with good people skills and persuasiveness

  • strong negotiating skills and professional, service-oriented approach to clients

  • Confident in dealing with international clients: good written and spoken English is a prerequisite.

  • You pursue your goals ambitiously, independently and with strong implementation skills

  • routine in dealing with MS Office and ideally with the brokerage software Propstack

  • Class B driving licence

  • Career changers who have an understanding of economics or business are welcome

These are your tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customers and properties as well as observation of the local market
  • Creation of marketing concepts
  • Handling the sale of residential and care properties as well as plots of land
  • Independent support of our clients in the entire search and purchase process of a property, including the execution of viewings, telephone and correspondence handling
  • Conducting independent negotiations and accompanying clients to notarial appointments
  • Contact person for owners of the managed properties
  • Management of all sales-related measures with the support of the back office
